Upstate Sports & Play Co. respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information you share through our website at upstatesportsandplay.com.
Information we collect
When you request an event quote, we collect the contact and event details you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, event type, preferred date, location, approximate attendance and ages, and any notes. We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as security verification and server logs.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss availability and logistics, prepare event quotes, communicate about a potential booking, maintain inquiry records, and protect the website against spam and misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking.
Service providers
We use Vercel to host the website, Supabase to store inquiries, Resend to send inquiry notifications to our business email, and Google Workspace to receive and handle business email. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps screen automated submissions. These providers process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their respective policies.
Sharing and marketing
We do not sell inquiry information. We do not use event inquiries to enroll you in promotional email campaigns without separately obtaining any consent required by law. We may disclose information when legally required or when needed to protect our rights and services.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage event planning, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We use access controls and server-side credentials to limit access to inquiry records, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you previously submitted by contacting us. We will consider requests subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Children
Our inquiry form is intended for parents, guardians, and event organizers, not children. Please do not submit a child’s name or other unnecessary identifying information in the notes field.
